Latvian Flight Notes is composed of 3 parts, and contains main regulation and information regarding visual flights within the Latvian FIR as well as cartographic data and brief description of all 13 certified and uncertified aerodromes in Latvia. Moreover, the Guide will be updated on regular basis as per AIRAC (Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control) cycles.
